My artwork is damaged, can I return it?

I just finished my puzzle and noticed that there is a piece missing. Can I order this missing puzzle piece?

Unfortunately we do not make these puzzles. If your puzzle has been removed from its original packaging it can not be returned or replaced.
However we do custom frame these puzzle when you have completed them & Mitch can paint in the missing puzzle piece for you :)

ONLINE RETURNS:

If you're not satisfied with your online purchase, you can return the item(s) for an exchange or credit;
All returns must be made within 7 days of the invoice date with a copy of the original invoice, otherwise your order will be sent back at the customer's expense. Returns can take up to 1 week to be processed once we receive them. When your return is processed, we will send you a notification email.
In order to process your return as quickly as possible, please include your name, email address and invoice number. Please indicate what you are returning, the reason why and whether you require an exchange or credit.
Sale items are not eligible for exchange or credit.

IN-STORE RETURNS

Exchanges must be made within 7 business days from the date of receipt – exchanges beyond this period will not be accepted. 

  • The receipt is required as proof of purchase for all exchanges or returns
  • All products must be returned in original condition
  • Damaged items may be exchanged or returned for a refund upon presentation of your receipt, provided your artwork has not been un-wrapped.
