What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Afterpay, and over the phone.

Do You Wholesale?
On certain products. If you think you are a good fit, we would love to hear from you.

What is Makers & Creators?
Our Artist page is a platform to help promote and support like-minded artists and photographers!

Drop us an email along with your Instagram handle if you think you’re a good fit, and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Do You Pay the Artist if I Purchase Their Work on Your Website?
Our Makers & Creators receive compensation for every artwork of theirs that is sold.

What Does “Print to Order” Mean?
It means we don’t physically keep stock on hand — we only print or manufacture the product once it has been ordered.

“Printing on Demand” means:

- We won’t run out of stock (unless it’s a limited edition).

- We can create and offer products much faster than waiting for items to be shipped to us.

- Y
ou get a new product made especially for you.

The downside…

- A slower turnaround time, as we need to physically print/produce the product before shipping.

- Certain items cannot be shipped via Express Post (due to manufacturing times).


 

PRINTING & FRAMING

What Paper Mediums Do You Print On?
Our Giclée Fine Art Prints are printed in our Gallery with lightfast pigment ink on Ilford Galerie Prestige Smooth Pearl 310gsm Paper and Ilford Galerie Natural Canvas.
Our prints will last 100 years if looked after correctly.

Please keep your rolled prints wrapped in tissue paper until framed to avoid damage.

How Long Does Framing Take?
Please allow 2 weeks for framing orders. During peak times such as Christmas or new print releases, please allow an additional week.

Do You Do the Framing?
Yes, we do. All our frames are custom-made. Our team carefully fits and assembles them in the Gallery.


 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Do You Ship Worldwide?
Everything except framing orders.

What Sized Framed Prints Are You Unable to Ship?
We cannot ship the following frame sizes:
A0, (400 x 1633), (450 x 1638), (460 x 1750), (450 x 1650), (420 x 1750), (600 x 1300)
Framed prints ordered in these sizes can be collected from our Gallery.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

- Domestic with tracking – $10

- Domestic with tracking – Merchandise orders over $120: FREE

- Domestic with tracking – Express Post (not valid on framing orders): $30

- International with tracking: $45

- Framing Orders (Up to A1 - domestic only, with tracking): $30

Please note: Mitch Revs Gallery cannot and will not be held responsible for incorrect shipping details or any fees associated with such errors.
International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duties, and/or customs charges. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Mitch Revs Gallery is not responsible for any additional charges requested during shipment.

Can You Ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we can. However, we cannot ship framing orders to PO Boxes.

How Long Does It Take to Ship My Order?
Online orders are processed in our Gallery, Monday to Sunday, 9 AM – 5 PM. Orders placed on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

During high-demand periods, fulfillment may take 2–4 business days from the time your order is placed, regardless of the shipping method chosen.

We aim to print and ship all orders within 2–4 business days.

Framing orders: Please allow 2 weeks for production, as our frames are custom-made.

Please note: Due to the nature of “print to order,” there may be delays during peak times (e.g. new releases, holidays, or sales) or with “pre-ordered” items. We always do our best to get your order to you ASAP.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 14 days of placing your order, please contact us immediately.

While we do everything we can to ensure timely dispatch, we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors once the order has left our Gallery.


 

ORDER HELP

How Do I Track My Order?
All tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: Order tracking is the responsibility of the customer and/or the shipping provider. While we do everything possible to ensure safe and fast delivery, we cannot be held responsible once an order leaves our Gallery.

Pre-Orders
All pre-orders will be shipped with the intent of arrival before the advertised date.
Delays in supplier stock may result in shipping delays from Mitch Revs Gallery. We will notify you in the event of extended delays.

I’ve Received the Wrong Item
If we’ve accidentally sent you the wrong or an extra item, please let us know so we can correct it right away!

How Do I Use My Discount / Promo / Gift Card Code?
Enter your unique code during checkout in the “gift card or discount code” box and click Apply. The discount will automatically apply to eligible products.

My Parcel Is Lost — What Now?
Please notify us within 30 days of dispatch if your parcel is lost.
If you contact us after 30 days, we can still help track your order, although the record will have been archived by the courier.

I'm Missing a Puzzle Piece — Do You Have Spares?
Our puzzles are manufactured and shipped boxed and sealed.
Unfortunately, we do not carry spare pieces, as each puzzle is uniquely cut.


 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

I’ve Changed My Mind — Can I Change or Cancel My Order?
Yes, if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

If you do not contact us within this timeframe, we cannot cancel your order as the printing/production process will have already begun. You will instead receive a credit voucher.

Makers & Creators Prints
Please note these are final sale items and non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds for “change of mind.”

What Is Your Returns/Exchange Policy?
Due to the “print to order” nature of our business, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for “change of mind.”

Items that have been worn or washed are ineligible for return or exchange unless they are faulty or defective within the first 7 days.

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 7 days of fulfilment when:

- We sent you the wrong size.

- Your order arrived damaged or faulty.

- Items are in their original condition.

- Items are in their original packaging and returned in a protective postal bag.

Please include your name, order number, and item details when returning an item.
If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed via the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to reflect in your account.


 

APPAREL CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To ensure your homewares are kept in the best condition, we recommend:

- Wash before first use (in warm water).

- Wash colours separately.

- Keep prints out of direct sunlight.

- Tumble dry on low heat.

Art Prints

To keep your print in pristine condition:

- Only handle by the edges.

- Avoid bending.

- Keep away from direct sunlight, moisture, humidity, and dust.

Please note: How you handle your print will determine its longevity. We are not responsible for issues arising from mishandling.
