Our Makers & Creators recive compensation for every artwork of theirs that is sold.

What Does “Print To Order” Mean?

It means that we don’t physically have or hold the stock on hand - meaning that we only print /manufacture the print/product once it has been ordered.

“Printing on Demand” means:
1. We won't run out of stock (unless it’s a limited edition)
2. We can create and offer products much faster than than having to wait for items to be shipped to us.
3. You get a NEW product made especially for you.

The downside…
1. The slower turn-around time as we need to physically need to print/produce the product before being able to ship.
2. Certian items we cannot offer “Express Shipping” (due to manufacturing times).

What Paper Mediums do you print on?

Our Giclee Fine Art Prints are printed in our Gallery, with lightfast pigment ink, on Ilford Galerie Prestige Smooth Pearl 310gsm Paper & Ilford Galerie Natural Canvas. Our prints will last 100 years if looked after correctly.

Please keep your rolled prints wrapped in the tissue paper until framed to avoid damage.

How long does framing take?

Please allow for 2 weeks for framing orders. During peak times such as Christmas or new print releases please allow an additional week.

Do you do the framing?

Yes, we do. All of our frames are custom made. Our Team carefully fits and assembles in the Gallery.

We CAN NOT ship the following frame sizes:

A0, (400 x 1633), (450 x 1638), (460 x 1750), (450 x 1650), (420 x 1750), (600 x 1300)

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Domestic with tracking - Orders under $120 shipping is $15

Domestic with tracking - Orders over $120 - FREE

Domestic with tracking- Express Post - (not valid on framing orders) $30

International with tracking - $40

Framing Orders with tracking - Domestic Only - $40

Please note: International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or customs charges. Can You Ship to P.O Boxes?

Yes we can, however we cannot ship framing orders to PO boxes.

How Long Does It Take To Ship My Order?

Online orders are processed in our Gallery, Monday through to Sunday from 9am - 5pm. Orders received on a Public holiday will be processed the next business day

During high demand periods, fulfillment can take between 2-4 business days from when the order is placed regardless of shipping method chosen.

We try our best to print and ship all orders within 2-4 business days after receiving them.

Framing orders please allow 2 weeks for manufacturing as our frames are custom made.

Please note: Due to the nature of “printing to order” this is not always possible - especially during peak times (ie: new releases, holidays, sales etc) or if you have a “pre-ordered” item. Regardless, we always try our best to get your orders out to you ASAP.

While we do all we can to ensure your order leaves our Gallery on time - we cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control once it leaves - especially during the current climate.

How Do I Track My Order?

All Tracking information will be emailed to you, once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: All following up and/or tracking is the responsibility of each customer and/or the shipping service provider – while we do everything we can within our power and to the best of our ability to make sure orders get to you safely and as quickly as possible, we cannot be held responsible once an order leaves our Gallery.

Pre-Orders

All pre-orders will be shipped with the intent of the pre-order arriving before the pre-order date.

Pre-order stock arrivals can be delayed which may result in delays in shipping from Mitch Revs Gallery. We will contact all customers in the case of extended delays in receiving pre-order items.

I’ve Received The Wrong Item?

If we have accidentally sent you the wrong or extra item, please let us know so we can fix it up right away for you!

How Do I Use My Discount/Promo/Gift Card Code?

Simply enter your unique gift card or promo code during checkout in the “gift card or discount code” box then hit apply. Your discount will be automatically applied to eligible products and deducted from your cart total.

My Parcel Is Lost, What Happens Now?

Please Notify us within 30 days of dispatch if your parcel is lost, so we can sort out a resolution.

If you contact us after 30 days of the order dispatch we are able to help track your order as its been archived by the tracking service.

I'm missing a puzzle piece, Do you have spares?

Our Puzzles are manufactured and shipped to us boxed and sealed. Unfortunately we do not carry spare pieces as each puzzle is cut differently.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

I’ve Changed My Mind, Can I Change / Cancel My Order?

You can IF you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Please note: If you do not contact us within this timeframe we cannot help you as your order has already begun the printing/production process. You will be issued a Credit Voucher.

Makers Creators Print - Please note these are a firm sale, are are non refundable.

We do not refund for 'change of mind'

What Is Your Returns/Exchange Policy?

Due to the nature of ‘Printing To Order’ we unfortunately cannot accept returns or make any exchanges for “change of mind"

Items that have been washed or worn will not be eligible for a return or exchange unless they become defective outside of our control within the first 7 days.

*Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 7 days of order fulfilment date when:

1. We have sent you the wrong size
2. Your order has arrived damaged or faulty.
3. Items are in their original condition
4. Items are in their original packaging and returned in a protective postal bag

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Homewares

To ensure your homewares are kept in the best condition, we recommend:

Washing before first use (with warm water) and wash colours separately. Keep print outside of direct sunlight and/or tumble dry on low heat.

Prints

To ensure your print stays in pristine condition, it’s always best to only touch and handle your print by the edges, avoid bending and keep away from any direct sunlight, moisture, humidity or dust.

Please note: How you handle your print will ultimately determine the quality and lifespan of your print and we cannot and will not be held responsible for any issues that arise from mishandling.
